During your free consultation, we meet with you in the comfort of your home to discuss your care needs, goals, and available options. The meeting is conducted by our Care Director or Case Managers. We will assess your needs, discuss the options available, and develop a personalised care plan. You can reach us by phone or email, and we’re happy to answer any questions you may have during the process.

Yes! We cater to clients across all suburbs in Victoria, including Melbourne and surrounding areas. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care no matter where you are located in the state.

Our main offices are based in South East Melbourne and North Melbourne.

We understand that building trust with a caregiver is important, and we encourage a collaborative approach in matching clients with the right support. While we aim to provide continuity by assigning a primary caregiver, we also allow clients and families to have input in the selection process.
